People say a picture is worth a thousand words, but I like to think a picture tells the story that words just can’t express. A photograph conveys emotions and captures moments that would otherwise fade away into the blur of everyday life.

My name is Karin, and I’m a lifestyle portrait photographer based in Baltimore, Maryland. I’ve been shooting since 2007 and am available for newborn, kid, and family photo shoots, as well as bridal and engagement portraits and special event photography. Lifestyle portrait sessions begin at $200.

I’m originally from Columbia, SC and travel back several times a year. I am available for shoots in Maryland, South Carolina, and everywhere in between.

My shooting style is casual and relaxed. Whether I am photographing kids playing in the sand or a gorgeous bride in her wedding gown, I find the greatest pictures happen when people are free to be themselves. That’s why I strive to ensure all my photo sessions are comfortable, natural, and fun.

I am so grateful for the opportunities God has given me as a photographer and the support of my family and friends, especially my wonderful husband. It’s a blessing to be able to do something that I love so much!
